Ways to make yourself look younger

While most women take age as their biggest enemy, they have found a lot of creative ways to hide their true age. It’s no longer the time to say “it’s a secret” or just feel offended when being asked “how old are you”. It’s time to enjoy others’ compliments like “wow, you look so young” after telling them your real age.

There are a few effective ways to make your look younger than you really are. The top choice is to change your hair style. Not all fashionable hairstyles could make your look as pretty as you previously expect. Actually some hair styles will make you look mature; but the word’s true meaning is actually old. When you are a teenager, you may like to pretend to be adult and hope to grow up fast, but when you are adult yourself already, it’s time to get rid of your old methods of making up yourself. It’s time to try some hairstyle that the old-fashioned little girls usually have, such as long, choppy bangs, loose styles, and side braids. These hairstyles will make you look like a young girl.

Another effective method to make yourself look young is to change your wear-style. Here I highly recommend sportswear for casual clothing. Wearing sports jerseys will make you look and feel dynamic. Dynamic is surely a most important element of being young. When you are feeling young, you will look young as you move as a younger person. Besides, sports wears can always add attractiveness to women. There are articles about most attractive women online, and a lady in No. 12 Steelers Terry Bradshaw jersey was one of the hottest. Men love both sports and women, and a dynamic woman in his favorite team uniform is always most attractive.

Who cares your dress at work?

The summer is coming in real sense, and there have been a lot of articles about how to dress fashionably. Well, some people may think that no one would care about what they are wearing if they are work. Wow, do you really think so? Then what about wearing a Vikings jersey in your office? Your boss may ask whether you are working or enjoying holidays.

Even if your boss is a sports fan, he may not like his employees working too casually at work place. It’s not because he does not like share his love for the team with others, but because such a dress can easily cause distraction. You don’t have to wear as fashionable as a model, but you should at least express your serious attitude towards your job by wearing neat and smart.

Your colleagues may also care about what you are dressing. Although they seldom comment on your dress, they do will feel well if you are dressing like ready for a party or a game, but nothing for a job. If they like your dress too much, they may hardly focus on work, and if they hat your dress, well, they are also going to hate you in person, because you are totally in a different world from them.

Archie Manning expects Jeremy Shockey to return for minicamp

The New Orleans Saints tight end Jeremy Shockey has been unavailable since being sent to hospital after scaring his teammates with a sudden seizure. The next day he told reporters that he was fine and would not missing too much of team’s offseason program. Saints former quarterback Archie Manning recently expressed his concern about the young man but he was confident that Shockey would be able to take part in this weekend’s minicamp.

Manning said that he understood Shockey’s eagerness to get back into work but advised that he should not work too hard on the first day of returning to practice. Being asked about his opinion on the health condition of Shockey, who also passed out last offseason because of dehydration during a party, Manning smiled and said that that was fine with young man like Shockey. Shockey is a dynamic player and is always passionate with life and the game. Archie said he hoped the young man to improve communication with his own body first before forcing it back into working mode.

Archie Manning also expressed his confidence in Saints’ new season, predicting that the team is very hopefully to make it into playoffs. He said that he was ready to order an Archie Manning jersey with Super Bowl XLV patch for the celebration.

Vikings rookie Adrian Battles has good feeling with new job

Turning into a guard from tackle, former MSU college football player Adrian Battles is making progress as a rookie in Minnesota Vikings jersey, and he is confident that he will earn a spot by the time the Vikings have their training camp at Winter Park, where he visited frequently for practice and games when he was a college player for the Minnesota State University.

Battles had a four-year experience of starting at tackle on defensive line during college football career, but since joining the Vikings, he has been transformed to guard on offensive line. He has been at that position the entire two-week Organized Team Activities and will continue to play there in following offseason programs. Battles seems to have adjusted himself well to the new position and said that he was happy to have a chance of learning from big-name players. Playing behind starters Steve Hutchinson and Anthony Herrera and veteran Ryan Cook, Battles is glad to have the opportunity. He was used at both left and right guard during last week’s practices, and coaches were impressed pretty much by the rookie’s good job at both position.

Battles still need to give more excellent performance to earn a real spot with the Vikings, and the rookie is really working hard to reach his goal, so it’s reasonable for him to have the confident that he would be still with the team for the 2010 regular season.

Michael Irvin’s life advices for young Cowboys players

The former Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver might not know much on how to deal with a troubled life, but it’s been years since he took off the No. 88 Michael Irvin jersey and he has had enough time testing and thinking about what’s good for his life. So it’s no surprise when Michael Irvin gave speeches, young Cowboys players easily got touched.

The most impressive part of Irvin’s speeches was about life goals. Many young players, especially rookies always wonder what they should do with their life and how long it may take to achieve their goals. Well, Irvin’s advice is that they can make decision at any moment. Irvin told young players that they did not need to have a set mind on what they should do with life but it’s important for them to live on no matter what happens. As an NFL player, you may have to retire when you are still very young and it’s still early for you to reschedule your life after retirement.

Irvin also told young players that they do not have to love their current job. While winning games is most important in a football career, the most important in life is to love people around you. He suggest young men good relationship with teammates and coaches off the field is always more important than scoring points on the field.

Preview on Brett Favre’s grandson Brett Parker

Brett Parker is one of the few kids who have been well-known since his first day in the world. As the first grandson of the NFL’s most famous quarterback Brett Favre, Parker is expected to make a star career with one of the NFL teams years later.

Parker is still a little baby without any realization of the high expectation on him, but genetically, he is very likely to grow up into an athletic man with great talents in football, just like his grandfather. During his childhood, he could be a fan of his own grandfather. He is not necessarily to be a Green Bay Packers fan or Minnesota Vikings fan, but is likely to be a fan for the New Orleans Saints, a team Brett Favre liked most during his own childhood. While following his grandfather’s path into the professional football, Brett Parker would be sometimes feeling frustrated for being compared with Brett Favre from time to time. But with a similar strong will to his grandfather, Parker will finally overcome all the negative impacts of his grandfather and become a real football star himself.

Even if there are still other possibilities with Parker’s future, the stellar life with an NFL team is still the choice Favre wants most his grandson to make. If Brett Favre quits football at some time in near future, there would be a long time without Favre news, but Brett Parker’s existence will definitely keep Favre live in media.

Saints defensive coordinator Williams aimed at Brees nine years ago

The New Orleans Saints current defensive coordinator Greg Williams recently talked about his tie with quarterback Drew Brees. Out of our expectation, Williams said the link already existed nine years ago when Brees was waiting for a call from an NFL team in the 2001 NFL draft.

According to Williams, at that time he was still the coach for the Buffalo Bills and suggested the team trade up to pick Brees at the beginning of second round as they already drafted defensive back Nate Clements in first round. However the Bills failed to find a buyer of their 46th overall pick and had to see the San Diego Chargers pick Brees away with the 32nd overall pick. As a result, the Bills drafted defensive end Aaron Schoebel with 46th pick. Williams was so mad with losing the right to pick Brees that he jumped up and down and almost pulled a hamstring.

Since then, Williams had wished for a chance to work with Brees in the same team. The Bills did have a quarterback with name Drew in 2002, but it was Drew Bledsoe. Three years after Brees put on Saints jersey, Williams finally had his wish come true to work with Brees for the Saints. What a happy ending!
